You are looking at a DOD R-830 C Series Graphic EQ, its a 30-band EQ with left and right channels, 15-bands each side. This particular piece was made in 1991, and is still in perfectly working order. It features 15-2/3rds Octave Bands per each channel. Balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs, electronically switched low cut and bypass switches with LED indicators, center detected potentiometers, 12 dB of cut and boost, all provide this EQ with a great deal of flexibility. Two sets of silent sliders are placed in ISO standard centers. The R-830C is more than equal to your signal processing task.
