This is a blank rack space I installed two speakON Connectors out front of a Blank Rack Cover For Easy Access to speaker cables, this is a change over from old type dual banana plugs amplifier speaker outputs to the newer speakONs jack.
Converts the output from the old style Banana plug to new type speaker lead, convenient front accessible Speakon jacks in front of your rack in a 1U blank.
